The usual dosage of Prozac for treating adults with OCD is 20mg once per day in the morning. This can be increased by your doctor if required but usually not more than 80mg per day is prescribed. The full effects of Prozac may not be felt for up to four weeks so you should continue to take it for the full course prescribed.

What should I avoid while taking Prozac?
